SHIPPING
When will my order Ship?
When you have processed payment, it will take up to 3-5 days for your full payment to settle within our system. The moment the payment settles into our account, we will process a shipping label, package or manufacture your product, and have it on its way!!
This will take around 3-6 days to ship a product! Digital Downloads are instant!
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the route you have selected for shipping, it could take anywhere from a couple of days to a week to have your item(s) arrive after shipping has been processed!!
RETURNS
When will I receive my Refund?
Refunds should be instant to 48 hours after request!!
What is your Return Policy?
Currently, we have NO POLICY for Returns! You are fully entitled to a 30-Day no worry Refund for your order if you received something you did not order or did not like your order!! No problem!!
However, we cannot process returns. You may dispose of your item, or maybe gift it to someone else!!

How can I submit my writing to Sparrows Magazine?
If you want to submit an article to Sparrows, we would LOVE to read it! Articles we publish are anything from Lifestyle to teaching about styles and terminology within Mahjong. As long as you write about Eastern Styles of Mahjong or Mahjong adjacent lifestyle content, we would love to feature it!!
To submit your writing, you need a MINIMUM of 500 words per article, but there is no limit to how long you can write! Please be aware, a normal Magazine Article is around 500 to 4,000 words!!
In addition, you need to supply at least ONE PHOTO you have taken yourself or have supplied from a stock image site like "Pexels" for informational content!
To submit your writing, please attach a .docx file, A Google Docs Sharing Link, or paste the entire article in the Email Body to our main email listed below! Please also add [ARTICLE] in the Subject Matter!

It is up to YOU as the business to supply Sparrows Magazine with an 8in x 10in page design, or 8in x 20in spread design! Sparrows Magazine will not design your ads for you!

What is Sparrows Magazine's Stance on AI?
We have not, and will never feature AI in our magazine. Any and ALL submitted articles will be run through AI checks to ensure they were written with human hands!
To keep the integrity of written word, we will never use ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, or ANY other Generative AI source to write articles!
